If you are like me, using the web browser to fiddle with your cameras, you may sometimes get a bit frustrated over the cameras user interface.
In most cases a server holds information about a camera that clients can request. However, there may be situations when a client has no server query or the server has no service to store the information.
PHP Me version 1.1 enables using curl to write scripts that interact with other network services such as HTTP, FTP, SMTP. The package also includes more PHP script examples.
To see what PHP capabilities are availabel, install and run the phpversion.php found in the package/examples directory.

An ACAP service needs to have configuration settings. Axis cameras provides the param.conf service to store settings in the cameras parameter management. The param.conf has limitations and is not always the best solution.
